We curate the CLEANEST ice cream out there! My ice creams are made with 100% A2 milk and A2 cream, plus only natural plant-based stabilizers. My add-in flavors are also all 100% natural, with absolutely no artificial colors or dyes. Same goes for my baked goods, which are all gluten-free. I believe the fewer and more natural ingredients in a product, the better.

My love for cooking and baking began when I was a little girl. After my grandparents immigrated from Lebanon in the 1980s, my grandmother worked as a baker for the renowned Mediterranean Bakery and Cafe in Alexandria, Virginia. I vividly remember standing on a stool, watching her create the most scrumptious Lebanese desserts. As I grew older, I helped my Tata whenever I could and dabbled in making my own sweet creations when my mom opened her own business: Yum Yum Ice Cream Cafe. I loved learning about the business and creating our cookies, scones, and brownies from cherished family recipes.
After earning a Business and Culinary degree from Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island, I decided to set aside my professional culinary dreams to start a family. Over the year raising five boys, I perfected these recipes and shared them with family and friends. It was my passion to bake away in the kitchen after everyone was fast asleep.
I began experimenting with gluten-free sweets like brownies, cakes, and muffins. Each time I created a new recipe, I would have my family be the taste testers. If they finished a whole slice or muffin, I knew I had succeeded.
After months of trial and error, I finally perfected my gluten-free recipes. I experimented with alternative flours like almond flour, coconut flour, and tapioca flour to create the perfect texture and taste in my baked goods. I also discovered natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar that gave my treats a delicious sweetness without the use of refined sugar.
Once I had a collection of gluten-free recipes that I was proud of, I was encouraged by the positive feedback, I decided to open Terra’s gluten-free ice creams, coffee and sweets. With the support of my family, I found the perfect location and transformed it into a cozy gluten-free
